CAR WILL TRY TO START BUT WON'T TURN ALL THE WAY OVER. IT DOES IT INTERMITTENTLY. I'VE TAKEN IT TO MARK DODGE AND 2 OTHER AUTO SHOPS AND NO ONE CAN FIND THE ISSUE. IT HAS DONE IT OVER 15 TIMES NOW
