Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 AUDI Q7. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE OUT OF THE GARAGE, THE CONTACT NOTICED DRIPS OF OIL ON THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DETERMINED THAT THE OIL LINE TO THE ENGINE WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 142,000.
