Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOSE POWER. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND NOTICED THAT THE BATTERY WARNING INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO START THE IGNITION AND HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HOME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,405.
