Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC TERRAIN. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 1-5 MPH, THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE SHOWED EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ONE QUART OF OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED EVERY THREE DAYS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. GUSWEILER GM CENTER (LOCATED AT 1132 STATE RTE 41, WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, OH 43160, (877) 643-0142) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE VIA PHONE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
