Consumer Description

2015 FORD FUSION SE WITH 66,997 MILES ON IT STARTED TO RUN ROUGH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK IT TO LOCAL CAR PARTS STORE FOR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DIAGNOSIS THEY SAID IT WAS A MISFIRE IN CYLINDER 2. I THEN TOOK THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC AND 6000 DOLLARS LATER I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE BLOCK. THE CODES GAVE NO CLUE TO WHAT WAS WRONG AND CAR NEVER OVERHEATED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS FOR A 4 AND 1/2 YEAR OLD CAR THAT WAS BOUGHT BRAND NEW. I WOULD LIKE FORD TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND REMBURSE ME.
