PASSENGER HEADREST CAME APART. A PIECE BROKE INSIDE AND CAUSED THE HEADREST TO SEPARATE. VEHICLE WAS NOT MOVING AT THE TIME OF SEPARATION, IT WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY.
