I WAS DRIVING MY 2013 DODGE AVENGER AND THE HORN GOES OFF BY ITSELF FROM 3 SECONDS TO 3 MINUTES CONSTANTLY. WHEN I DRIVE THE CAR IT CUTS OFF. MY CAR HAS ONLY 85000 MILES AND I HAVE READ SIMILAR COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS VEHICLE AROUND THAT MILEAGE.
