TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN VUE. WHEN THE KEY WAS INSERTED INTO THE IGNITION, IT FAILED TO START THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE ALSO HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE WHEN DRIVING ON ROUGH ROADS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE FAILURES COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
