TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BEGAN TO GRIND AND BOUNCE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THEN TAKEN TO SURESKY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 2 HATFIELD LN, GOSHEN, NY 10924, (888) 633-3227) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING RACK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000.*DT*JB
