Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE, THE BACK UP CAMERA IMAGE DISPLAY WOULD GO IN AND OUT AND WAS EXTREMELY FUZZY, DISTORTED, AND PIXELATED. OCCASIONALLY, THE CAMERA WENT COMPLETELY OUT. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. TOM LIGHT CHEVROLET (738 N. EARL RUDDER FWY, BRYAN, TX) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 300.
