Consumer Description

CROSSING A BUSY INTERSECTION, MY TRUCK STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION FOR NO APPARENT REASON. WAS EVENTUALLY ABLE TO RESTART IT, BUT STALLED AGAIN AFTER APPROXIMATELY TWO MINUTES. HAS BEEN AT COLE CHRYSLER SINCE 9/5/2019. DEALER SAYS IT MAY BE THE BATTERY ASSOCIATED WITH THE HYBRID SYSTEM. THAT PART HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR TWO MONTHS, AND THERE IS NO ESTIMATED TIME IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. AFTER IT IS REPLACED, THERE MAY STILL BE ANOTHER PROBLEM.
