Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 TOYOTA SEQUOIA. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE CONTROL, ABS, VCS, TRACTION CONTROL, AND STABILITY WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURES CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO BRAKE INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND ON IN ORDER TO RESUME NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GROOVE TOYOTA (5460 S BROADWAY, ENGLEWOOD, CO 80113, (303) 800-9063) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURES RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,056.
