TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 BMW X1. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V349000 (STRUCTURE). THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO SOUTH BAY BMW (18800 HAWTHORNE BLVD, TORRANCE, CA 90504, (310) 939-7300) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO SANTA MONICA BMW (1127 SANTA MONICA BLVD, SANTA MONICA, CA 90401, (310) 829-3535), BUT THEY COULD NOT ASSIST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
