TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN MURANO. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE SERVICED, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT THE REAR SUBFRAME WAS CORRODED THROUGH AND THE SWAY BAR WAS DETACHED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE CONTACT CALLED WRIGHT NISSAN (10520 PERRY HWY, WEXFORD, PA 15090, (724) 799-2698) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 39,000. *PM*JB
