WHEN DRIVING AT 60MPH, AFTER REMOVING FOOT FROM GAS PEDAL, VEHICLE WILL CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN A SPEED OF 40MPH. HAVE TO APPLY BRAKES TO SLOW CAR DOWN.
