TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND VIBRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FILLBACK CHRYSLER JEEP (1702 ELM ST, BOSCOBEL, WI) WHERE THE WHEELS WERE ROTATED AND BALANCED AND THE DRIVESHAFT WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURES CONTINUED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000. *LN*JB
