Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM PROMASTER VAN. WHILE DRIVING DOWN A LARGE HILL, THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR NO APPARENT REASON. AN UNKNOWN DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT THERE WAS NO REMEDY. THE ONLY WAY TO TURN OFF THE LIGHT WAS BY TURNING OFF AND RESTARTING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS A CONVERTED 2017 RAM 355 CARGO VAN BY WINNEBAGO. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000 AND HAS CONTINUED TO BE A PROBLEM.*CW*JB
