TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 GMC SIERRA 1500. WHEN THE KEY WAS TURNED IN THE IGNITION, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL TURNED BLACK AND THE ENGINE FAILED TO START. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND TO PRIME BUICK GMC (1845 WASHINGTON STREET, HANOVER, MA 02339, (781) 826-8300) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT NO FAILURE CODE WAS FOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,600. *LN*JB *TR
