TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REARVIEW MIRROR DID NOT ADJUST HIGH ENOUGH FOR PROPER VISIBILITY. THE CONTACT LOWERED THE SEAT MORE THAN NECESSARY IN ORDER TO SEE THE ROAD. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100.
