TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE ENGINE SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH KIA STORE CLARKSVILLE (826 E LEWIS AND CLARK PKWY, CLARKSVILLE, IN 47129, 866-545-2429), BUT THEY DID NOT ASSIST SINCE THERE WERE NO RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT DID NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE CONTACT TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT THE KIA CORPORATE OFFICE, BUT WAS UNABLE TO REACH A REPRESENTATIVE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000.
