TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE VEHICLE DID NOT RESPOND AND JERKED FORWARD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE FAILURE EVER SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2019. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 197,000.
