Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TITUS-WILL FORD (3606 S SPRAGUE AVE, TACOMA, WA 98409, (253) 475-4151) AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD COST $1,500. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REPAIRS WERE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WAS LISTED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
