TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE VIOLENTLY VIBRATED. ALSO, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED WHEN STARTED AND COOLANT WAS DISCOVERED LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LINDSAY FORD (11250 VEIRS MILL RD, WHEATON, MD 20902, (888) 457-7005) WHERE THE WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT PLANNED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
