TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL TICKING NOISE AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE ABNORMAL TICKING NOISE WAS OCCURRING MORE FREQUENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TATES AUTO CENTER (2400 RTE 66, GALLUP, NM 87301, (844) 338-9805) WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS WORKING AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
