Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO START THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER AN UNKNOWN POWER TRAIN RECALL IN 2016. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT CALLED NORTH POINT CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM FIAT (LOCATED AT 7726 NORTH POINT BLVD, WINSTON-SALEM, NC 27106, (336) 306-8945) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000.
