IN MOTION THE THROTTLE BODY IS VERY SLOW IN RESPONDING TO COMMANDS GIVEN TO IT BY GAS PEDAL CAUSING UNSAFE DELAY IN ACCELERATION AND UNEXPECTED MINOR INCREASE IN SPEED IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC.
