TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND VIBRATED BEFORE THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE ENGINE MOUNTS FAILED AND CAUSED THE ENGINE TO FALL FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO YREKA MOTORS FORD (1545 S. MAIN ST, YREKA, CA), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
