WELD ON FUEL DOOR IS BROKEN, IS THIS A DEFECT IN THE MANUFACTURING.FUEL DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. I PURCHASED USED AND I NOTICED IT WAS BROKEN FIRST TIME I PURCHASED GAS.
