TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER AN UNKNOWN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER REGARDING THE AIR BAGS BY TIM SHORT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MIDDLESBORO (1935 US-25E SCENIC, MIDDLESBORO, KY 40965, (606) 248-3444). AFTER THE REPAIR, THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAG INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE TO BE BROUGHT BACK FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 156,820.
