PETITION FOR DEFECT INVESTIGATION INTO THE EXCESSIVE STALLING PROBLEM THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF THE 2019 VOLKWAGEN GTI SUFFER AS COMPARED TO SIMILAR CLASS AND MODEL YEAR VEHICLES FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN THE DRIVER SLOWS TO A STOP OR PREPARES TO MAKE A TURN WITH THE CLUTCH DEPRESSED AND IN NEUTRAL. THE ENGINE THEN TURNS OFF WITHOUT WARNING. *JS
