TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH AND MAKING A TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED WITH SPORT HONDA (3110 AUTOMOBILE BLVD, SILVER SPRING, MD 20904, (301) 890-4700), BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
