THE TIRE SHOWED SIGNS OF DELAMINATING WHILE BEING ROTATED. THE ISSUE OCCURRED BETWEEN 27K AND 31K MILES. THE CAR HAD BEEN ALIGNED 12/2018 AND THE TIRES ROTATED 3 MONTHS EARLIER AT 27K MILES
