Consumer Description
2013 HONDA ACCORD IS FAILING TO START. PUSH STARTER BUTTON AND IT WILL NOT START, THEN AGAIN AND WILL NOT START, THEN AGAIN AND IT WILL START. BEGINNING TO OCCUR MORE FREQUENTLY. HAVE A NEW BATTERY AND CHECKED ALTERNATOR AND EVERYTHING FINE.THE CAR WAS STATIONARY AT THE TIME I WAS TRYING TO START IT.
