Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK REGAL. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY, WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO GO INTO LIMP MODE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE MORE THAN 1 MPH. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE RESTARTED IN ORDER TO OPERATE. THE CONTACT CALLED VISION BUICK GMC (800 PANORAMA TRAIL S, ROCHESTER, NY 14625, (585) 200-3905) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
