TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER SEBRING. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, IT FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF PARK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CLAY COOLEY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (LOCATED AT 1261 E AIRPORT FWY, IRVING, TX 75062, (469) 284-0135), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
