Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CHEVROLET TRAX. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V312000 (SUSPENSION). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROUTE 66 CHEVROLET (8130 E SKELLY DR, TULSA, OK 74129, (918) 663-2300), BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE DEALER AND ADVISE THEM TO PROVIDE A LOANER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
