Consumer Description

2013 KIA SORENTO, KNOCKING IN ENGINE. KIA SAYS IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE. THEY DID LAST 3 OIL CHANGES WITH NO ISSUES REPORTED. THEY PUT A CLAIM IN FOR WARRANTY AND WARRANTY COMPANY IS BEING DIFFICULT WITH APPROVAL. CAR HAS HAD NO ISSUES, BOUGHT NEW WITH 100 MILES. WAS IN MOTION ON HIGHWAY. APPARENTLY NO RECALL ON MY VEHICLE. IF ENGINE HAD BLOWN ON HIGHWAY IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A CRASH WITH INJURY AND OR DEATH.
