Consumer Description

WHILE CHANGING OIL AND FILTER AT 30,000 MILES 1) OIL APPEARED HIGHLY DILUTED AND WATERY 2) THERE WAS A STRONG GASOLINE SMELL COMING FROM THE USED OIL I TOOK VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AND WAS TOLD GAS IN OIL IS NORMAL FOR THESE TYPE ENGINES BUT HONDA HAD EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THESE ENGINES. I ASKED ABOUT THE SOFTWARE 'FIX' I HAD READ ABOUT BEING PERFORMED AND DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT MAKE THE UPDATE TO MY CAR SINCE IT WASNOT SHOWING ANY DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES AT THIS POINT.
