TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND WAS DIFFICULT TO MOVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
