TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CHEVROLET TRAX. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V312000 (SUSPENSION). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUNRISE CHEVROLET FOREST HILLS (105-20 GERARD PL, FOREST HILLS, NY 11375, (718) 263-7700), BUT THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500.
