TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUNRISE BUICK GMC COVINGTON PIKE (LOCATED AT 1800 COVINGTON PIKE, MEMPHIS, TN 38128, (901) 201-6267) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CONDENSER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
