Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP RENEGADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLOCK ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL SWITCHED TO A METRIC DISPLAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CASTILONE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (306 W MAIN ST, BATAVIA, NY 14020, (585) 343-1780) AT LEAST TEN TIMES FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER DID NOT PROVIDE THE CONTACT WITH DOCUMENTATION FOR ANY OF THE REPAIRS; THEREFORE, SHE DID NOT KNOW THE SPECIFICS OF WHAT WAS PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED A CLAIM NUMBER AND PROMISED A CALL BACK, BUT THE CONTACT HAD NOT HEARD BACK YET. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
