TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V435000 (SUSPENSION). WALDORF FORD (LOCATED AT 2440 CRAIN HWY, WALDORF, MD 20601, (301) 234-7591) STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
