TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FIESTA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT A COMPLETE STOP, THE CONTACT APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL AND THE TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
