JEEP HOOD FLUTTER AT 55MPH OR GREATER WITH NO MODIFICATIONS FROM STOCK HOOD. HOOD FLUTTER BECOMES VIOLENT AT 70MPH OR GREATER TO WHERE HOOD APPEARS TO LIFT OFF THE JEEP WHILE BEING LATCHED DOWN.
