TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HONDA ACCORD. DURING A ROUTINE TIRE ROTATION, THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT THE SUBFRAME OF THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 195,000.
