Consumer Description

THE WIPERS MOTOR SPEED FLUCTUATES WHEN MOVING THE STEERING COLUMN UP OR DOWN. SOMETIMES THE WIPERS WON'T GO TO 'HIGH SPEED' UNTIL THE STEERING COLUMN IS MOVED AROUND. IT HAPPENS REGARDLESS IF IT IS MOVING DOWN THE ROAD OR NOT.
