TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT RECEIVED ASSISTANCE FROM A BYSTANDER WHO PLACED THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL, WHICH RETURNED IT BACK TO NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DAN DEERY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT (4320, 3900 ALEXANDRA DR, WATERLOO, IA 50702, (319) 233-5000) SEVERAL TIMES WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED TO THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 32,000. *BF *TR
