TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER EQUIPPED WITH HANKOOK VENTUS S1 NOBLE 2 TIRES, SIZE: 255/50/R20/105H. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE INNER AND OUTER AREAS OF THE TWO FRONT TIRES WERE WORN. THE CONTACT DROVE TO PERFORMANCE FORD LINCOLN BOUNTIFUL (1800 S MAIN ST, BOUNTIFUL, UT 84010, (888) 476-8961), BUT THE TIRES WERE NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,381.
