Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10-80 MPH, THE ENGINE FAULT WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE LOST POWER. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE ROADWAY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED, IT RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. BARBEE'S FREEWAY FORD (4471 EAST EVANS AVENUE, DENVER, CO, (303) 584-6600) WAS CALLED, BUT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
